We’ve booked a last minute deal at the Barcelo Playa Langosta. We’re disappointed that we won’t be able to use Vargas tours again but since we’re now a threesome instead of a twosome (10 month old coming too) our options are more limited anyway. I can’t see her lasting on a whole day long excursion. Does anyone know of things to do down there that would only take a couple of hours? Something tells me we’re going to be spending alot of time on the resort and hanging around Tamarindo. No more rainforest hikes or ziplining for us until she’s older.

It just so happens we are doing tours from Tamarindo now and can customize a day with a driver to suit your needs with an infant. Not to long a day with stops when you need to stop. Mike you have made our day! I will definitely do that. This will be our third time down and between the two trips we’ve probably taken at least half the tours offered (and a couple that weren’t). We were excited about the trip but at a loss of what to do or who with. This is great news. Do you pick up at the Barcelo?
