Another good one is Adrian Tropical on the malecon. Ave George Washington between Jose Maria Heredia and Socorro Sanchez (5 minutes west from the Jaragua Hotel) It has several open air decks overlooking the sea. Serves excellent Dominican cuisine – try their mofongo and sancocho – delicious! Open 24/7. Can be very busy at weekends.
