Am wondering if the hotels under the same chain (say, Iberostar or Melia) use the same chef/chefs or menus or food? Do you know of any AIs that have Canadian chefs?
Also wonder if the food is perhaps prepared somewhere else and transported to the resort? DH dreams of the day when he can walk into a kitchen at an A.I. and get in on the action! |

I know several years ago, not now as he is elsewhere, there was an executive chef at Melia Cayo Guillermo who was from Quebec. |
