I am tempted to say that this is the best hotel I have stayed in Santo Domingo in a long while. The view from the room was amazing and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel itself and its grounds were great and well maintained. The place has a rooftop patio from where you can get the best views. The manager here speaks good English which made communication even much better. The staff here was great, they never asked to be tipped unlike most hotels in DR where staff members hassle you for tips. They were so caring and helpful that anytime I needed a taxi or cab, they would help me out and also told me places I could go visit and where to have the best nightlife. The rooms had everything from a cable TV to free internet service which I need as I was here for a business meeting so I could communicate with my office. My room had a small balcony and this place has a romantic atmosphere and comes highly recommended for lovers looking for a romantic getaway. The location is perfect and it is close to most places such as a small grocery shop down the road. The front desk service was amazing as they try to help you out with any problem you come to them with. It is a nice quiet place that I really needed and also there was hot water so my stay was practically without problems and there is nothing to complain about.
