First time in this hotel due to the location and many recommendations. Did not fullfil all expectations but it can be said that due to the size and the nice empoliees it deserves its special postion in the line of hotels in varadero. Located a bit outside but not out of nowhere. Short acces to down town, shopping areas and bus stations etc. ok quality price relation. mostly italian guests and animation team but this is not disturbing.
Arrival:
all ok, no problems, helpfull
Rooms:
a bit under average, unluckily in the middle of the building so no big view on pool or other areas. a bit small also bathroom and wash part smaller than other hotels in the same price catergory (for ex be live turquesa)
Restaurants and Bars:
main dinning room/ buffet ok . only one other separte restaurant , many bars with nice staff and delicous mojito:-)
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
As the entire hotel, all is a bit smaller than in other hotels but due to this also more quiet. great beach as in most hotels in varadero,
Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
italian dominated animation team, with good night entertainment. one evening with great external water ballet doing a special perfomance at the hotel,
