For everyone who wrote a bad review, are you sure this was where you stayed? Because I did not experience anything that those reviews stated. I took my disabled Brother and niece, and the staff was outstanding so extremely helpful and the Nurse and Doctor on staff where there for us when ever needed, no one wanted to leave when it was time. The food was soooooo good, we all overate everyday because we loved everything. Food was outstanding!!! The rooms were very comfy and quiet no problem sleeping for anyone. The place was well maintained and the maids were friendly and thorough. The fridge was stocked everyday with our choice of beverages, couldn’t ask for anymore. The view from our room was the best I have ever experienced. I love the tropics, and this view was breathtaking. I would advise anyone to book a vacation here. Relaxing, eating excellent food, having friendly staff and outstanding service, not to mention beautiful beach and view. This place was set up to accommodate everyone it was easy to navigate for my group. I don’t think I could have found a better place.
Your Arrival:
Our arrival was good we had a drink, did the paper work and we were in the rooms we wanted in a short time.
Restaurants and Bars:
Enjoyed all the Restaurants while we were here, they were all very good. We loved the fact that you could help ourselves to pizza,nachos cheese, and ice cream cones anytime we wanted. Loved breakfast with the made to order omelets.
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
Set up for convenience, really liked that, well kept. Beach was extraordinary, clean, warm.
Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
Really didn’t do any, but that was by choice.

Overall very pleased. Great vacation.
