My wife and I were overwhelmed by the excellent service we received from the manager of the Jungle Dome Karen Cruz, as well as David, and the rest of the staff. The Jungle Dome was one of our destinations as we travelled throughout Belize in early March. From the moment we were picked up at the bus depot in Belmopan by David, to the many little extras like fresh flower arrangements on our bed and in the bathroom, we were made to feel very special throughout our stay (the meals were terrific!). On the second day of our stay I put my back out. This is when Karen, David, and the rest of the staff at the Jungle Dome showed their true colours. Karen took the time to drive my wife into Belmopan to get some medication for my back, and on our day of departure arranged for David to drive us to Belize City to for treatment from a chiropractor. I can’t say enough about the care and compassion we were shown during a very difficult and uncomfortable time for my wife and I. We were truly blessed.
