This is one of the nicest hotels I have been into. The thing that is most important to me that the hotel is clean and that the staff is nice. Well, in this hotel you get both of them. I was traveling with my partner and when we arrived at the hotel, everyone was really nice, they greeted us and helped us with the bags. The thing that I enjoyed the most is that we got welcome cocktails that were free of charge when we arrived at the hotel. The room was a lot bigger than I expected and it was really clean. Clean towels were on the bed and the bathroom was equipped with everything that you need. The food was great, they had almost everything on the menu, from traditional Cuban food, to standard food that is for everyone that does not want to take their chances with traditional food. I personally don’t want to experiment and I stick to the flavors that I am familiar with, but my partner loves trying new foods, so we were both really happy. There is a bar that is open 24/7 where you can order a drink or coffee at any part of the day or the night. This hotel is placed in a great part of the city, and everything is pretty close. If you want to see something that is not within a 5 minute walk, you can take a cab, it is pretty cheap and you won’t have to worry how to get back to this hotel. If you want to stay at a secure hotel, this one should be your choice. I was personally worried that it won’t be a quiet hotel, because many people go to Cuba to party, but I was pleased to learn that the walls are pretty sound proof and that I can sleep without listening to the people next door party. All in all, I had a great time in this hotel and I plan to return. I recommend it to everyone that wants to have a great time. Next summer me and my partner plan to come back with friends and enjoy our stay one more time.
