Sorry for bringing this up as I know it is a sore spot for some, but others do enjoy their beverage in such a container ;D.Bubba Kegs at CT are 50% off this week. This is GTA, not sure if Canada wide.

Thanks for the heads up I need to pick up another one, I leave the Bubba’s down there, but my big one stays with me. lol It is usually used as an ice bucket but if the bubba is getting under someones skin for its size, I make sure to push them over the edge by spending a few hours walking around with it. 80OZ of jaw dropping fun..lolHad a local sign company label up a Canadian flag on it….

I wanted to buy a sports bubba but the sports bubbas were not on sale at our local CT store, and the only ones available were the 20 ouncers, not that there’s anything wrong with them. I thought that all bubbas were on sale, but apparently not. |

Dvsjeep. That looks like the beach grill from Breezes Jibacaoa?
I think I may have briefly met you or at least saw you there. Were you there in October 2007? |
Fish – I stopped keeping track a long time ago..lol, but that is the Beach Grill at the Jibacoa, but that was Dec 06 IIRC.
Shirley- Yes I am a proud Canadian!!! but truthfully that thing is more for the shock valve and a real good ice bucket, by the time you have 2L of coke, ice and Rum to the top, it’s really to darn heavy to lug around, it should have two handles…or at least wheels…Makes a good carry-on too.. |
|
![]() ![]() BTW, can I travel in your carry-on the next time you travel? |
|
You’re right, they do make great ice buckets, wine buckets and hubby uses a couple to transport home loose cigars. Bubbas are great for being such multi-use items and, oh yeah, I guess some folks use them for their original purpose…drinks ;D ;D |

If we do go off resort to any cuban’s home, we bring it full of beer to share with others, plus take plastic cups from the bar. |
