I went with my wife to this hotel and we really enjoyed our holiday, it was an awesome trip for us. The rooms are simple and nice, they were cleaned regularly and everything worked fine. They had the important amenities that will enhance the comfort of your stay here such as a mini bar that was restocked with beer and water on a daily basis, the bed sheets were clean so was the toilet and bathroom and towels were available all the time. The food is good, the buffet was just there nothing spectacular and I also noticed the foods were not top quality but they were great just that for an all inclusive, they can do better. The a la carte restaurants were all good. They have a really friendly staff that takes care of the guests genuinely without wanting something in return like some form of tip or something like that. They were descent and friendly so it was easy to communicate with them in case we needed them to help explain something related to or not the hotel. The pools were cleaned daily and looked very well kept; the beach also was cleaned as the sea weeds were cleared every morning. We loved the snack bar that is on the other side of the pool, you should try the burgers when you visit, they taste really good. I do recommend this hotel if you want to have fun in a good and safe environment where they offer the best to their customers.
