At first look the hotel seems very nice. The structure, the outside pool looks really amazing. But the moment we entered the hotel, we saw that it’s falling apart. It’s clear that the manager or the owner should start renovating this hotel. It has a lot of potential in it and maybe a few years back, it was attractive, but don’t let the outside look fools you. As soon as you enter your room you’ll see what I’m talking about. They are not that bad. They are big with a lot of space, with twin size bed, and if there is something positive about the room is that it was clean. The balcony was ok, not too big and not too small, but the bathroom was a disaster. There’s something wrong with the water pressure. Not to say that the water wasn’t clean. It was like old rusty water going through the pipes. You can’t even have a shower when you need. There is an air conditioner that’s working, but I think that it’s about time to change the filters because it fills the room with nasty smell. The TV is working just fine, but I don’t think that someone will go on a vacation to watch TV. There is a minibar in the room so you can have something to drink when you want, and if you like it you can ask for a refill. I must say that the pool is great. The water is clean and you don’t even have to go to the beach. The hotel bar is working just fine, they serve some nice cocktail and drinks and they are not expensive. The Restaurant is something that they should really upgrade. Especially when it comes to the dinner menu. Poor selection of food is what makes your costumers to go away. There a lot of stuff missing, such as money exchange office (even that in the brochure money exchange office was included). The employees were amazing. They are doing as much as they can to make your vacation wonderful. Just for the record, I don’t think that I will suggest to any of my friends to visit this hotel.
