The Staff is the most welcoming I’ve ever met… They invite you, they smile all the time… The Bars (numerous) not all are well-equiped, but very accessible! We had a luxury room with a balcony to the beach, just magic! The other room was cheaper and pretty small with old furniture… A Show every night and contests with customers (where I almost become Miss Ancon) Just Great! The food is local and very well done, fresh and natural products, fruit tastes like fruit! I enjoyed it! (Two steps from the beach, litteraly)

Me he hospedado varias veces en este hotel. Es un hotel sencillo en una playa maravillosa. Las habitaciones en módulo son más grandes que las del edificio. Tiene una posición perfecta para pasar unas vacaciones en la playa con la opción de conocer algo por su cercanía a Trinidad. El abastecimiento y las actividades del hotel dependen, como en todas partes, de la cantidad de huéspedes. Los dependientes son muy amables y serviciales. Hay muchas ofertas de excursiones en mar y tierra que debían aprovecharse – vale la pena. En la misma Trinidad debe visitarse la Casa de la Trova y la discoteca Las Cuevas es un acontecimiento. Como lugar de escala en nuestro circuito, nos agradó la amabilidad del personal de servicio. La posición central frente al mar y la playa maravillosa incitan a que uno regrese. Muchas gracias por los días agradables.

We were treated very well by the hotel staff, but there were some little details that were left wanting, such as the food and the quality of the rooms. For example, the mattresses are old and the food is a little repetitive.

I spent a week at Hotel Ancon in February 2009. This was my first trip to Cuba and my first experience with an all inclusive hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the 24 hour bar and snack bar that was outdoors. I spent some late nights there with my new friends from Canada. If we wanted burgers and mojitos at 3 a.m. they were only too happy to provide them for us. The beach is beautiful, the food is good and they have ping pong!!! I had a blast and would highly recommend it for a vacation on the beach. Trips to Trinidad are very fun and convenient. Check out Club Ayalla, the disco in a cave.

Congratulazioni al’hotel veramente bello ,servizio ottimo ,bravissimo il direttore e tutta l’equipe .Frequento l’hotel Ancon da molti anni e sempre mi sono trovato bene in tutto,dalla cucina , alle camere ,ecc.andateci merita davvero. Andrea Zanchetta

siamo arrivati con poche aspettative"così c’era stato detto"al contrario abbiamo trovato personale gentilissimo,camere un pò vecchie ma pulite,una discreta animazione compresa di una piccola discoteca,cibo buono anche se limitato,un buon servizio bar,una spiaggia meravigliosa.Ricordate "la differenza la deve fare la compagnia"che se allegra troverà sicuramente piacere e serenità tra la musica cubana spesso suonata dal vivo.Col tempo ci ritorneremo!

1-la plge est no:1 2-la nouriture est bonne mais non varie quoi que dans la periode de noel c’etait tres bien et le nouveau cellier pour les vins no:1 3- et l’animation est de bonne qualité. 4-ca ce gate ce sont les chambres lit et fourniture ont besoins d’etre changer. 5-la proximite des montagnes et de la ville ca c’est incontournable a visité. 6-dive shop sur les lieux avis aux plongeurs. 7-un vrai 3*+.

Ce qui surprend d’emblée, c’est la taille de cet hôtel. Immense ! Nous avions choisi la formule "tropicale" qui pour un supplément modique, est beaucoup plus agréable. Le matin, en tirant les rideaux, le spectacle de la mer "presque" à nos pieds était saisissant. Si la ville Trinidad est ravissante, nous avons gardé un mauvais souvenir de trop de sollicitations, trop de mains tendues. Bonnes prestations de l’hôtel.
