Awful food, poor service, bad drinks, dirty dishes, dirty glasses, not enough staff. No towels, dirty floors, stayed 2 weeks never changed the bedding. Picked the hard plastic glasses off the beach washed by the bartender in a sink at the bar rinsed and reused. No water pressure, very little water, toilet didn’t flush. We all got diarrhea.
Beautiful ocean, wonderful location, could be a magnificent hotel even though it is very old, if management would clean it up. Wonderful coffee. Staff over worked spend to long on the job and are so tired that they move in low gear, uniforms are dirty and worn out, staff appear to be unhappy and seldom smile.
