This resort is a good choice if you ask me but I didn’t have other options at hand as at the time I visited DR so I have nothing to compare it with as I have also never stayed in any hotel in this city before but from what I experienced here, I will be visiting again when next I’m in town. The road wasn’t such an interesting aspect for me, the road leading up to the resort was a bit bad so I will say that I didn’t have a good first impression but at the end of the day it wasn’t all that bad. The second thing in my opinion that might throw people off is the pricing, for me, it was expensive but I was already prepared for it. Asides from the haggard road leading up to the hotel, when I arrived the reception staff made it better by being nice as though they understood the plight of the customers. They made the remaining part of my stay and others a wonderful one so I will give thumbs up to customer service and staff ability to this resort. The hotel is very clean, the grounds are well maintained and everything was in order where it was supposed to be. The food was okay at the hotel, there were nice options to pick from, had a lot of delicious meal here and the foods were always available. The rooms are clean and had all the amenities in them.
