"nice hotel but needs room upgrade"

I can’t really speak so highly of the rooms because they were not at all great, in my opinion is was poor and needs urgent upgrade but every other thing was in place and working fine. The location of this hotel is really great and a very big plus for the run down rooms. Drinks are included in the payment so I usually go to have drinks at the bar and the bartender is really nice and friendly and always want to have conversations with you. The night shows offered by this hotel was pretty amazing and entertaining and I usually enjoy it and look forward to it. They have a nice and clean pool where I go to relax most of the time. They have got nice and very pleasant staff that is always with smiles making the guests and me comfortable. The hotel has a simple yet adequate look and right on the ocean. Those who are interested in scuba diving and snorkeling will enjoy this place. The staff here is very accommodating and I loved how genuine they were especially when it comes to trying to help you find a way out any situation that you are complaining to them about. I enjoyed my pool time here as it was quiet and I just enjoyed the lovely view. I will definitely be back here but I recommend that you try to upgrade the rooms so that people will have a complete experience here. Thanks for a wonderful time at your hotel.
