:)When traveling we always like to bring gifts for locals. For those who traveled there is there anything from the US that locals want?

At our hotel we left some excess clothing and shoes behind. We were told the staff are frisked and cannot take any belongings off premises. So it probably all ended up in the garbage. Cash tips are appreciated and the people in general are very kind and proud.
