| Going back to Gran Bahia Principe Tulum in Feb 2012, were there last in Feb 2005. Have there been any major changes? Have the Tulum rooms gone through any upgrades since then? Will we be able to use the restaurants at the Akumal or Cobia? Any other things good or bad we should know?

Yes, Yes and Yes. There is now a dolphin enclosure being build near the Gran Tortouga. The rooms now have key cards no more metal keys. The bath tubs have a half glass instead of shower curtains. Yes you can use most of the restaurants in Akumal and Coba. |

Just got back fro the Bahia and the biggest change was the Dolphin enclosure. It is up and running. |
