My name is Claudia and I stayed here for the first time in 2002 and many times since. The guest services are the best I’ve ever seen, they make you feel at home. The riviera is the best hotel I have ever been in, greetings to Deivy H. and to everyone, I hope to see you soon.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2006 and it was great, excellent service, I can’t wait to go back to Havana to stay here again. The evening show was great too and very personal treatment.

I stayed at the Hotel Riviera in the summer of 2009. The view from my room was incredible. The staff were very friendly, especially Lazaro who had us constantly laughing with his jokes. The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning in the rooms they weren’t very effective. The breakfast was also lacking, especially in variety and taste.

The Hotel Riviera holds so many memories for me. I worked there for years as a dancer. I now live in Italy and whenever I go back to Cuba i stay at this marvellous hotel. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are big and with great magical views. Go stay at the Riviera!

The entire staff was very good, thank you very much. If you don’t mind a word a of advice, I must say some places could stand a little cleaning, especially the big windows, bar and rugs…if you improve on this point, the place will be even better. The room was good. But this hotel does not offer free transfer service to Havana. solution1: take a round-trip taxi = 20 euros solution2: take the Cuban bus that passes every half hour full of Cubans up to the roof. solution3: walk some 5.6 km and arrive to colonial Havana sweating profusely.

Hi, I stayed at the Riviera with my familly and we had a great stay, except that the weather wasn’t very good. Please send greetings to Joaquin who made us delicious juices. We hope to return to Cuba soon and enjoy the show at the Cabaret, it was really great.

I STAYED AT THE RIVIERA FROM 1 TO 15 OCTOBER. THE ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT. ABOUT THE FOOD: THE BREAKFAST IS OKAY, BUT THE HOTEL SHOULD PREPARE A MORE VARIED MENU FOR HALF-BOARDERS WITH LONGER STAYS, BECAUSE THE DINNER MENU DIDN’T CHANGE MUCH. MY THANKS TO MRS. OMAIRA FROM PUBLIC RELATIONS. SHE MADE MY STAY EXTREMELY PLEASANT. THE SAME TO THE WAITER WHO SERVED THE JUICE AT BREAKFAST. THE THING I LIKED LEAST WAS THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS AT THE RECEPTION HALL. Hello. I am a Cuban residing in Switzerland. I spent the night of May 9, 2008 at the Hotel Riviera. It was unforgettable. I want to go back in November and spend 3 nights there. I loved it. The view from my room was marvelous, the room was large. The one thing I didn’t like was the state the bathtub was in. But, everything else was super. Wait for me, I should be back shortly.
