Stayed here for 3 nights while I had to be in Santo Domingo. I got a good rate but I have the feeling it was because it was the weekend, I think the weeknight rates are much higher as the hotel is geared towards the business traveller. Checked in and was greeted by a friendly English speaking young lady at the front desk. Key card to operate the elevator and room, so security is pretty good. Room was fine with modern tv, comfortable bed, fantastic view of the ocean. Ate the breakfast buffet one morning, it was very good albiet a little pricey. But I guess that is a Hilton for you. There is a shopping mall and casino adjoining the hotel, they still have to fill it up with tenants but there are a few restaurants and a cinema operating there. They have an excercise room I believe as well as a pool (?) but I did not check out either of them.

Staff is friendly and courteous, had absolutely no complaints. I will stay there again if the price is right!
