we are flying into varadero via sunwing may 4 to villa cuba. we have always taken extra luggage no problem but sunwing is requesting 6 weeks advance notice of humanitarian aid and a formal letter stating a not for profit organization we are delivering on behalf of??? just short of 2weeks departure, we have run out of time. of course we did book in late december , had we known about the required timeframe we would have had it taken care of. any suggestions outside of showing up at the airport with extra baggage in hand and dividing it amongst the 6 of us?
