Enjoyed our room….nice view and a wonderful aircondition comfort..room was clean and refreshed each day…room was large and nice furnishing…very comfortable after a hot day of walking to so many beautiful sites..

everything was ready…no problem with reservations..

Restaurants and Bars: only had the breakfest…which was somewhat lacking in quality during the weekend and the available of plates and cups was a problem…but weekday the service was much better.. the dinner room appeared to be empty or very few customer …we choose to go else where…

the drinks at the outside bar were nice but exspensive compared to other places..the views were nice enjoyable sitting…

Check in was seamless. Our room was ready even though we were checking in early. Nothing fancy but very charming and clean. The bathroom was large and had hot water our entire stay. The Juliette balconey was magnificient for the view of Central Parque and the street action. The hotel was beautifully preserved and had lovely old world details. There is a nice rooftop patio with more magnificent views. The cafe at street level was a great place to spend time and the service was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, this was an excellent option and easily accessible to all parts of Old Havana. The only downfall is that there is no pool. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return.

my girlfriend and i stayed here last year and loved it. smiling , attentive,friendly staff made our stay memorable. this is the only hotel i will stay when i return to wonderful magical Havana!

Great location, 20min walk from old Havana and next-ed to the Capitol Building and shops. Had inside room, updated bathroom and great beds, very quite. Rooftop patio was amazing with whirlpool,bar "Richard",live music and great snacks. Street level patio has also live music and great to look at people and old car watching. Breakfest in the morning was the best, they had everything.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2005 and was very pleased with its location, its lobby bar (with its musicians), its dinner meals (beyond reproach). I recommen it.

As i said,the Terrace is the better place in the Hotel; a wonderful view, delicious food(really),alive music with a cuban music group,very chip if you compare with other restaurant(an important tip)and a very nice people working there.My compliments. Complaint: Please more information about it, nobody say a thing actually the guards at the principal door, if you ask, they send you to another places saying that the Terrace is not good.Keep an eye in it, better both. A wonderful hotel.

This hotel has a very special charm, great service, a balcony to relax and, overall, a very nice atmosphere and vibe. The best mojitos in Havana are made here. Warm greetings to a waitress called Leticia, what a great person.
