Beautiful bungalows, enclaved in green nature…chickens, geese and cats, running wild. It is close to Santa Clara and the international airport. It’s a shame the poolside bar closes at 12:30 a.m. Good quality for your buck.

I loved my bungalow despite the rain – but the provision of umbrellas made the walk to the bar and restaurant easier. Swimming in the rain, under the stars, listening to the wildlfe was magical. Sharing with a couple of geckos and the frogs in the shutters took me back to Bali. Set us up effortlessly for a hot day in Santa Clara learning about Che and the Revolution

Average: food, room price Bad: no refrigerator in room, bar closes too early, many mosquitoes, very remote from city (which is by the way very ugly and has no real appeal except for those interested in politics)
Good: for Cuba, maintnance is quite good, bungalows are well equiped (except fridge see above)

Muy bonito lugar, la mayor parte del tiempo en la piscina (se olia el cloro en el agua, no es muy bueno para alergicos). Salvavida pendiente de los banistas, y el servicio del bartender efectivo y agradable. Lindisimo la jardineria y los caminos de madera entre cabanas, tengo fotos espectaculares, el restaurante con buffet mejor no puede ser.

The pools muy buena solo se puede oler el cloro (no es bueno para alergicos)

The surrounding of this beautiful hotel is very nice just that it is far from the city centre but that is fine. I wasn’t really expecting so much from this hotel because of the reviews I read but I was surprised at the top notch service and attention provided to their guests at this hotel and it was pleasant. I stayed in one of the huts far away from the pool so I didn’t notice any noise and had good night sleeps during the course of the 3 days I stayed here. The room was well taken care of, clean, tidied and didn’t smell funny like most hotels I have been to. The air condition didn’t have any problems and other things worked well in this room. The surrounding really tripped me, it’s beautiful with palm trees and pastures and a park with very beautiful flowers, and it was amazing. You will see animals roaming the property such as horses and goats and as long as they don’t interfere with activities, that was fine but I didn’t anticipate such animal friendly property so that was a negative for me. The location is good, cleanliness is good, it has good value and the restaurant too was nice with nice meal selection. The staff from the reception to housekeeping really did a great job of making sure we were comfortable throughout the holiday and it was a nice feeling for me. The hotel management should keep up the good work, I will see you soon.
