It is my first time in Baracoa and I have heard so many good things about this city so I came with high expectations and I have got to say that what I got was really low compared from the place I held them high but it was good. The price is reasonable and breakfast is included which is a good deal, so basically, you get what you paid for. The hotel looks like it has not been renovated in ages but that doesn’t mean it is not clean, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. There was internet available but you have to pay an extra for that but I needed it since I was on a business meeting so I requested for one myself. The rooms look old and dated but I am not sorry I came to the hotel because the only problem it had was that it needed some modern refurbishing and every other thing was intact and functional. There was hot water supply and the room amenities worked well, the bathroom was clean and the toilet flushed properly which I can’t say for some hotels in the area at the same price. The staff was nice and friendly and always tried to help out the guests. The city was very vibrant and it is a nice place for one to spend their vacation in, I may not have really enjoyed the hotel but I definitely enjoyed the city and will visit this city again next year.
