Lovely well-appointed hotel off the main square with helpful staff (we had a shocker with our onward connection and lady behind the desk helped us bargain down a taxi to Trinidad). The courtyard pool is a city oasis and the rooftop bar a great way to get your bearings. Cleaning staff a little too enthusiastic in the morning – lock your door and put do not disturb sign on!

This Hotel is really nice, it is situated in the heart of the town and the building reflects the tipycal architectural style of Cuba. The rooms are clean, nice and quiet and all the people who work there are really kind and friendly.

Large rooms, make sure you ask for a room away from the noisy bar across the street. Beautiful pool, can be a bit cool in January. Town has been beautifully restored. This hotel is popular with large tour groups.
