Simply a FABULOUS hotel. The services, customer services, building, surroundings, food, reception, friendly staff and romos, EVERYTHING was perfect, making this the BEST HOTEL IN SANTIAGO DE CUBA. Much better than the Casa Granda, a TERRIBLE HOTEL.
