I had a mixed reaction at this place, I can’t really say it was a 100% experience for me positively but it a welcoming change. I wanted internet access during my booking so you should know that the room with internet access is small and a bit dark. The room is so tiny that the bed took up most of the space, where the room was located was noisy because of the window. They should keep the rooms more safe and clean because I saw bugs roaming around the room. The front desk staff was very kind, they tried and then when I complained, they changed the room for me almost immediately. The amount of the days that I stayed was short because i didn’t like how the holiday was going; it was becoming depressing for me. It is a busy hotel, multicultural and a lot of nice people to hang out with. I met lots of people that I am still in talking terms with and it was because I visited this restaurant that is the reason I met them. The hotel is clean, good with good service, but I just don’t understand why I was getting the depressive feeling. They need to prepare lots of activities and entertainment so that the customers will feel the vibe. You can’t have a boring holiday when in a Caribbean country, not in DR so I had to change hotel after about 3 days here and there I enjoyed the rest of my holiday.
