| HINeed suggestions as well. We are having problems finding rooms for 3 adults forone Saturday night in January prior to getting on a Windjammer in St. John’s.Anyone have an idea.Our agent can’t seem to get less than 3 nights. We have done this before prior to Windjammer without trouble. | |

I would try the inn at English Harbour, not cheap but lovely. Nice beach good food, water taxi to Nelsons Dockyard, close to good eating places in English Harbour. |

For St john I would try one of the hotels on Dickenson Bay, maybe the Rex Halcyon Cove or Antigua Village, Coconut Grove or even Tradewinds above the bay. |

abaco – The Grand Pineapple resort has some very good reviews and is right on a beautiful beach. There is also Rex Halcyon Cove on Dickenson Bay, Jolly Beach Resort, Dian Bay Resort, Hawksbill Beach Resort and Long Bay Hotel to mention just a few. It all depends on what type of facilities you want. mike – If you are only staying for one night and are basically just after a room then you could try City View Hotel, The Cappuccino Lounge, Joe Mike’s Hotel Plaza or Heritage Hotel. These are all in St Johns and fairly cheap, but won’t offer much in the way of facilities. As they are smaller hotels/accommodations then they should be OK for just a one night stay.
