I know many of you traveled to Havana and I am sure that you took some photos … @cheersterry posted many as well @steveyyz and others. Some members on the forum mentioned that they would love to visit Havana. So I will post some of my photos from Havana. If you have any photos please feel free to post in this thread.

Bacardi Building

Paseo de Marti (Prado) on the left and Consulado on the right

Another view (from across the harbour) of the Paseo de Marti (Prado)

Parque de la Fraternidad (From rooftop of Saratogo Hotel) (Intersection of Prado, Reina y Maximo Gomez and the Fuente de la India statue)

La Lluvia de Oro (Calle Obispo), a good place to drink at night.

Hotel Nacional

Hotel Telegrafo, Hotel Inglaterra, Gran Teatro, Capitolio (F to B)

Catedral Ortodoxa Nuestra Senora de Kazan (on San Pedro near the craft market)

Thanks Admin… If I can make a suggestion, if at all possible can people label / explain their photos so newbies to Havana know what it is or where it was taken. Might help new visitors plan what they might wish to see while in Havana.

That is great idea as long as we know what is place called I pass by and take photos many times and I have no idea what is the building name or area. I guess you spent a lots of time in Havana Lovely photos thank you for sharing with us!

La Zorra y el Cuervo (Jazz/Music club) on Avenida 23/La Rampa

Castillo de la Real Fuerza (beside Plaza Armas in Vieja) Note the tower on the left side

La Giraldilla on the top off the tower… the symbol used by Havana Club Rum

Plaza de la Catedral

Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina (way out on Havana’s western end)

Galerias de Paseo (Avenida Paseo opposite the Melia Cohiba hotel) The Jazz Cafe is inside this shopping mall

Hotel Saratogo with the Fuente de la India in the foreground

Hotel Inglaterra with Jose Marti statue in Parque Central

Jose Marti Tower, Plaza de la Revolution

The Russian Embassy, Miramar (suburb)

Plaza del Cristo – Dating from 1732, Parroquial del Santo Cristo del Buen Viaje boasts incredible stained glass windows.

PacMan… Nope, one of Havana’s Coco Taxi. A great way to ride down the Malecon.
