You can’t ask for a better deal! Excellent location, great price (specially if compared with NH across the street). Friendly staff always ready to help, good size rooms, security. Not the newest hotel in town. But certanly one of the most charming. I’ve paid 10 times more for similar hotels in places like Rome and Madrid. Is not perfect, but the price more than makes up for any shortcomings. I will stay there again next time I visit.

top location, frendly staff and a good breakfast. Very fine bar with a coloniel style. We shall stay at the same hotel next time.

I went to CUba in 1992, it was a great trip and marked my life in a lot of ways. This hotel and its staff were great very attentive. I always dream of coming back to Cuba and one day I will.

Nous y sommes restés deux jours au mois de juin 2010. Bon accueil. Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus ? le petit-déjeuner sur une terrasse au cinquième. La vue est grandiose. Les chambres ne sont pas d’une esthétique inoubliable mais propres et suffisamment confortables.

en mi opnion fue muy buenisima mi estadia en el hotel estuve 15 dias y felicitaciones por el buen servicio el aseo lacomida especislmente la atencion de el personal muy pronto regresare de nuevo felicidades atodos los que se esfuerzan especialmente al personal que labora

las instalaciones diría simplemente bien pero si me preguntan si merece la pena diría que TOTALMENTE y los motivos son: 1º el personal humano del hotel en concreto que hacen que el encanto del hotel sea maravilloso sobre todo si uno va dispuesto a involucrarse en la humanidad de la isla y no solo en sus temas materiales. 2º la ubicación es excepcional si uno va a conocer la habana ya que hay un autobus que para casi en la puerta del hotel para llevarte a las playas del este ida-vuelta; está el Capitolio a 50mts, la calle Obispo (supercomercial) también a escasos 50mts, el Floridita también escasos 50mts, la Casa de la Música a 2 ó 3 manzanas(o cuadras como dirían allí)que son unos 5-10 min. andando y sobre todo la realidad cubana que se encuentra desde que sales de la puerta del hotel. Por tanto en resumen, música, baile, mojitos y un pueblo único. Volvería a este hotel y de hecho seguramente vuelva el año que viene.

Very well located hotel with style. Basic but functional amenities. Old and new Havana within easy reach. Will visit again

Además de ser un lugar bellísimo en su arquitectura con historia y poseer una ubicación inmejorable. Se encuentra muy cerca de sitios turísticos, museos y paisajes urbanos que vale la pena recorrer. Quiero comentarles que el trato y la atención recibidos de parte de todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel y agencias de turismo fue óptimo. Uno se siente encantado de estar allí y deseoso de regresar.

Les recomiendo e Hotel Plaza!
