Very good some small hiccups.
First of all I sent an email to Albania Batista requesting a room and was very pleased that this was granted.
Internet was spotting connection kept dropping, it work very well in the early morning.
Tried to cancel reservations and was told they were cancelled and a letter would come to our room, no letter so I called guest services only to find out th the reservations were never cancelled, Leonardo Astascio rectified very quickly. Pays big time to know the Assistant Manager.
Restaurants were very good except the new Peruvian at the Ambar Green, pork must be cooked not medium rare, so I did not eat it .
the other a la cartes were very good and plentiful, the Gala Buffet on Tuesday was the best meal we had, succulent prime rib roast and lobsters were excellent.
Ambar is famous for making "Bloody Cesaer’s " but they were always out of Clamato.
In a nutshell every thins was very good, the construction of the Royalton posed no problems at all.
