Exellent location. Very friendly, helpfull and multilingual staff.

Arrival:
Efficient and friendly. Even after the porter had to come up to our room twice to reset the code of the safe, which we had managed to mess up.
Rooms: Spacious and very clean with a balcony overlooking Calle Amargura and the rooftops across the street, where the residents kept a rooster that was kind enough to wake us up at the break of dawn.. 🙂
Restaurants and Bars:
We only had breakfast in the hotel. Twice. But the third morning we couldn’t stand the thought of that terrible coffee and breakfast again, so we chose to eat out. That is the only minus about this hotel: breakfast.
Beach/Pools/Grounds: Nice roof terrace. A pitty that it is barely used ( maybe because it was off-season)but the bartender was always willing to bring drinks upstairs if you
preferred so.
