| Okay – we have it finally narrowed it down. We are booking here for 2 weeks, come the end of November. Can anyone tell me if the in-room safe is free?? I also figured out that the Tour Operator does provide shuttles from the airport to the Resort. duh!!!!This place has terrific reviews, so I hope it is all true. | HI:We have decided to try Ixtapa this year, for 2 weeks in November. Can anyone recommend a resort to us? Have been to Mexico numerous times, but this will be a new area for us. No one ever bothers to answer on here – so frustrating. Prefer a larger resort, on the beach.

| Of all the El Cid resorts in Mazatlán, which one would u suggest?? If u stay at one, do you have access to all of them?? Are they close together ??

We stayed at the Villas at Canto del Sol. It was great. Had full access to Hotel at a much cheaper rate. |

| Looking for a new place to vacation. Thinking Ixtapa, ,Mazatlan or HuatalcoHubby likes snorkeling, good swimming beach and sightseeing. I like swim-up bar, and all the above. Any suggestions of which would suit us best?? Can u suggest any specific resorts (all-inclusive)??We are both 65+ years young.

Thanks, but I really wanted to know if anyone had stayed here. Are there bikes to rent?? Any other info would be appreciated. After zooming about – I realized it would be best to take Pesos with us. |
