Scuba Diving | Debbie's Caribbean Resort Reviews Forums I am planning on going to Panama in September. Is there a dive operator at the Decameron. There is a scuba pool lesson once per stay, but I am looking for a few dive days. We saw people being taken out in boats to dive a few times.
