Let’s say it is the second time I am staying at this hotel and it was a trip worth the trouble. I booked for a room before I arrived and exactly what I asked for was what was given to me so kudos to Dani. The room and building I stayed in had an amazing ocean view and I loved it. On arrival, after check in, I was shown to my room and a drink was waiting for me there so I just wanted to say it’s a nice gesture from you guys, thanks. The room was clean, tidied by the very hardworking made who came by regularly to clean up the place and everything in this room worked fine. The beach at this hotel is worth raving about as the beach was exceptionally beautiful and amazing. The beach is just outside the hotel so there was easy access and so was the pool, it was clean with nice set of staff members to complement it. The food compared to when I was here last year was better than before, all the food I ate at this hotel tasted terrific with nice selection as well. The staff was amazing, the waitress at the restaurant was amazing and so was the entire staff. Customer service was a 100% for me, the rooms are very clean, quiet environment and the grounds were also clean with breathtaking view of the beach and great staff. I will definitely be back here next year for more of the amazing experience.
