Hi Mary, I don’t know about the taxi but we did take a bus to Panama city. You ask at the lobby and they get it to come in off the main road. It costs $5.00 each way and drops you at the bus station across from Albrook mall. From there it is easy to hire a taxi. There are tons of them. By the way the bus is air conditioned. LS
