Turks and Caicos as next Canadian Province | Debbie's Caribbean Resort Reviews Forums

It was talking in the past that Turks and Caicos could be one of Canadian provinces. Would you like that Canada has a province in the Caribbean? Would you like that Turks and Caicos is Canadian province?

I always wanted to go and visit Turks and Caicos but price is most of time double or triple than other places to go on vacation. As I could see online Turks and Caicos look very nice and would be great to be one of the Canadian provinces.

I like the idea of having a Canadian Caribbean province, especially with an under par Canadian dollar. On the surface it’s a great idea, but there are those fine details that may make it less enticing (for example, would we need to upgrade the water treatment systems and hydro networks to bring them up to our codes?)

There is many questions that would arise and issues that we can have such as would airport tax in Turks and Caicos be same as in Canada as that way our trips would cost more as well. I hope so, that means my husband could get a job there and I wouldn’t have a problem living there either!

It would be very interesting if it became a Canadian province. I think a lot of people would put in for job transfers there. I’d be one of them for sure.
