Hi allI am new to this forum so could someone explain what Dubois is and what is it that is packed and where does it go. I have been to Cuba many time and I always bring items down but it seems I collect more in my home that I can bring down so I was wondering if some of this could be donated to Dubois. I have about 20 pairs of good womens shoes and 3 boxes of baby clothes. I will be in Toronto on Nov.1 and could possibly drop them of – if there is a place to do so in Toronto. Thanks

I don’t have a car and rarely leave the city because it ‘s hard to get around outside the city without one. I still don’t know where that is. Can I get there by GO train or bus?

GO service only goes as far as Hamilton..still need to go about 30 miles west…look up Princeton, Ontario on Yahoo maps… we are just west of there.

I have rearranged my schedule and should be able to make it on the 17th. What’s the time frame that I’m looking at…all day, half a day…what time do you start? Can I bring my Cuban CD’s…etc.

Coming FROM Toronto

  • Take Hwy 401 West to Exit 250, Drumbo Road / Innerkip
  • Go East (left) on Drumbo Road approx 1/2 km.
  • Turn Right (south) on Gobles Road. (Detail view at top left of map)
  • Drive down Gobles Road to the end at the Gas Station in the Hamlet of Gobles.
  • Turn Left (East) onto Highway 2.
  • The Dubois Property is about 1 kilometer on your left (north side).
  • Look for the Tennis courts and other vehicles. Park on Road or Driveway.

Note that if you miss exit 250, keep driving west on 401 to Exit 238 and then come back along Highway 2.
