| I have booked maybe 3-4 cruises on vacationstogo.com. The deals are pretty standard – you can get the same prices at most outlets. The service has always been great, though.On one cruise, the agent had told us we would get some shipboard credit and two bottles of wine in our cabin which did not appear. A quick cell phone call to his voice mail before we left port fixed it. He jumped through some hoops and it all appeared the next morning. I would have no reservations recommending them.
Now that I have typed this I noticed this message is from 4 months ago…..Oh well, maybe someone will get some use out of it. |
