I have been to Havana 16 times and have stayed in almost every 3 star hotel in the city, including Lincoln, Deauville, Colina and St. John’s. Six of my students and I stayed in the Vedado this trip. The Vedado was superb in terms of the price, how clean the rooms where, availability of hot water, great breakfast, clean swimming pool, nice staff and fantastic location. Anyone who complains should try and stay in a North American hotel for $38. a night, including breakfast….I don’t think you would find one……I definitely would stay here in the future……
