Our group of 8 recently returned from 10 wonderful days at Villa Rosada. All in all we had a great time and the house is absolutly beautiful. We did have a few issues however that we were not told about before renting. First off, Jose picked us up at the airport and took us in 2 cabs. When we arrived he informed us we had to pay the second cab. He then said he would check in on us every few days. I called him 2 days later to ask about renting a car and he said he would take us where we needed to go. I asked him to stop by so we can set up our travel needs and he never showed or called. We did see him again a few days later when we the electrical service caught fire bit then not again until we left. I arranged for a second cab to take us to the airport seeing as Jose never came around, and that cab along with Jose took us back to the airport. Upon arrival Jose told us we had to pay him as well and that the rental included one free ride from the airport and that was it. We have been renting homes like this for years and never heard anything like this. After we got home I emailed Jocko to tell him about this and I haven’t heard back, it has been 2 weeks now. While I would not discourage anyone from this home, I am disappointed at the lack of service we received. It seems once the money is paid the service stopped.
