First Visit to Villa Tortuga was in May of 2004 and returned again April 2005. Looking forward to 2006! Resort: Beautiful, Peaceful and very clean. Beach: Amazing, fine white sugary sand, well groomed. Room: Oceanview each trip and well worth it. Daily maid service was excellent. Food: Alwasy a selection, Never had any touble with finding something to eat. Cuban Ice Cream is so Good. Staff: Very Friendly and dedicated to their jobs. We have made some good Friends for life. Someone very Special made the comment to us….You visit Cuba once…it will not be your last trip. You will always come back…So True!!! Yes… Villa Tortuga is Paradise to us and The Staff is what helps to make it just that. Suzan And Maggie(Momma)

I was really lucky that I trusted to my travel agent. Really nice hotel with its good service, lovely staff, very professional animations on the beach and for night time. And first of all wonderful location. Good food, respectively wide choice of meals and drinks. Clean and good organized territory. Room service is on the top. Thank you for nice vocation!!

I had a great vacation in Varadero, everything was perfect: the service, the place, everything! The entertainment staff was awesome especially Yoly and Aldhely …I loved it so much that I am coming back in February we will see you soon girls! you have a new friend yes me Ha Ha, the Peruvian Maribel.

I felt quite comfortable, the staff was excellent except for the usual one bad seed. The biggest problem was trying to access the internet, even though we bought a card to connect to the internet we weren’t ever able to connect. This really needs to improve since most tourists want to communicate with their family members back home. And to phone home is too expensive, if you go one second over a minute you have to pay for the entire minute.

In the first place, I would like to send greetings to the entire entertainment and recreation team at the hotel, they made our stay excellent and kept us entertained the whole time, lots of warm greetings to all of you! they really worked hard with enthusiasm and charisma. I would like to congratulate them especially. I would really like if you could pass on my email to Omar Gonzalez who works in the bar in front of the pool, we had agreed that i would send him some photos and i dont have his email. Thanks for everything, it was perfect!
