OK, I know I’ve already booked my December vacation, but I couldn’t resist looking up good deals on the internet. ;D Perhaps I can plan for my next year’s trip…
Summer or dry season is Dec, Jan and Feb (maybe some of Nov and March- not sure), rainy season is the rest of the time. From my experience, the busiest time is during the dry season, that is also the time when schools are out in Panama (and I think some latin countries that are near) and also more tourist from Canada (and some from USA) are getting away from the cold to head to the heat.
