Please, for the love of God, don’t ever stay in this shabby, overpriced, poor excuse for a resort! It’s advertised as a 4-star resort, but the truth is that’s it barely deserves a 1-star rating. 1.) There’s no beach. Instead, there’s a rock cliff strewn with boulders which overlooks the ocean. 2.) The rooms are tiny and smelly. 3.) The room features a luxurious 10" television!!! 4.) To get to our 2nd floor room we had to walk up a rickety, outdoor wooden fire escape whose paint was peeling and which felt like it could collapse at any time! 5.) When we asked about internet access, we were told that we could use the reception desk computer when the staff wasn’t busy!!!!!!!! 6.) The plastic room key cards we were given had some kind of sticky brown sludge on them. I don’t even want to speculate on what it was. 7.) There are no gift shops or any other kind of shopping in the resort. 8.) The entire facility is old, dim, dirty and shabby. I repeat…please, for the love of God, don’t ever stay in this shabby, overpriced, poor excuse for a resort!
