Aloha Sol Hotel is an excellent place to stay and I can honestly say I didn’t expect so much from it but the services and customer service surprised me in a good way. I visited here in October; I came alone and was on vacation when I bumped into the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here; communication wasn’t as bad as in other hotels where the staff barely spoke English. The receptionist at the front desk understood and spoke English I could understand and he understood me as well. The receptionist was very polite and so was all the staff, there were all very friendly. I never for the five days I stayed in this hotel have any form of water, plumbing or electrical issues so that even made me want to write a review to recommend it to guests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel looks small from the outside and not so well designed but the services offered inside will surprise you. The breakfast here was great with varieties to choose from, I will recommend this hotel to anybody looking not to spend so much yet get top notch treatment. The place is very secure and safe so you have nothing to worry about. I have had bad experiences with hotels in the area but I can confidently say that I had one of the best experiences in this hotel. I will definitely come back here again when next I’m in town on business or vacation.
