We have been to Bonaire twice & stayed at Lagoen Hill both times. Lagoen Hill met all of our needs. It was very peaceful, & having a kitchen where we stay is important because I am a vegetarian & like to prepare my own meals. Els (the property manager) was very delightful & helpful with all of our questions. We feel that we got a great place to stay (we enjoy our solitude) at a very reasonable price & you are close enough to town to enjoy dining out or a walk along the waterfront but, after a day snorkeling the beautiful waters or exploring Washington Slaagbai Park we were pretty tired & just wanted to sleep. The only change I would want is instead of twin beds in the duplex having a full or queen instead but, the twins were comfy so, just push them together & it’s ok.
