| Using "The Beer" currency, traveljunky’s Mex prices are on par with what I paid in Cuba last Feb. 1.14 to 1.42 CAD. (I do like Mayabe and Haetuey.) Still a toss up going from CAD$ to the Beer.
Even cheaper, beer like substances, are available in Cuba but I wouldn’t include them in the official rate. |

I drank from la pipa once, Only to say I’ve done it. Hence the "beer like substance" reference. I gave the rest of my glass to a Cubano that was drinking from his rubber boot. |
