Weather good and hot, very dry area, average temp 25C, stayed at the farllon complex,up on hill about 1 km from main complex, staff very nice,no elevator in a 3 floor building, swim up pool bar was a first for me, very nice, you notice people can drink a lot and never need a toilet?, average age of the people a the farllon was 60yr olds, at the main complex marea del portillo it’s 70yr olds.
they line up 10 deep to get feed at 6pm.
small airport, you walk off the plain onto the tarmac,i think the only international flights they ever get are from toronto and montreal, and only on thursday, so you are stuck there till next thursday. then you get on a bus and 1.5 hr trip on the worst roads you ever been on. so hope you don’t need a toilet to often.
