It was a nice stay for me here during my holiday in this wonderful hotel that was of reasonable price and let’s not forgets the perfect location. I enjoyed the cocktails I had in this place as they tasted lovely. I can only say good things about the restaurants as they serve one of the best dishes compared to some hotels I have been to. I had a bad experience in this hotel at first when I arrived, the staff was really rude and seemed as if they didn’t want to be there and later showed me to my room after waiting for 15 minutes of rudeness. The room was big enough but it wasn’t that clean, I planned staying here throughout my holiday but after that first attitude that the reception staff displayed, I only stayed for two days and left to find another hotel where I can at least be treated properly. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough and there was no hot water. The air condition is the room was working on the first night and I called on one of the workers there that got it fixed and it worked on the second but I didn’t wait around to see how the rest of the stuff worked here. Some of the staff was nice and friendly, I just wasn’t feeling the place and I didn’t want to waste the whole of my holiday managing as I came to have nice time and nice place to place my head.

pocos días después de hacer la reservación en este hotel y ya haber pagado por tarjeta de crédito recibí una cancellation de esa reserva. Nos desvió al hotel Beltrán de Santa Cruz dónde recibímos la información al llegar en el hotel que por falta de electricidad estaríamos en el hotel Carribean. La segunda noche podíamos regresar al hotel Beltran de Santa Cruz dónde no hubo agua. En resumen: un desastre.

Nice hotel in Havana’s old town. The nightly dance show is well worth and it has good food and service

A quick warning to those visiting the old town in Havana. Most bars and restaurants offer deals on meals. The thing is they then put a fairly significant tax slug on top. Of course this isn’t mentioned when they plead for your patronage at the door.

Nous avons reservé plus de 1 mois à l’avance et en arrivant les chambres n’étaient pas disponibles car overbookées. Aucune compensation et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans l’hotel le plus lointain de la vieille havane à Vedado.
