This is a five star hotel and there is no doubt about that, not a single complaint. Right from when I arrived until I left the hotel, everything was strictly professional and top notch customer service was dispersed to guests who were present. I didn’t spend so much time at the hotel, it was just a 6 day trip but it was great, I have never had such an effortlessly wonderful service given to me in hotels that I have been to in other Caribbean countries, there must be a fault somewhere but this was faultless and I appreciate the hotel management for such a wonderful time here in Fiesta hotel. I was very relaxed here; the area is safe, nothing to worry about when it comes to security because you will be well protected. I didn’t come here for the WIFI as the internet connection was a bit poor but that’s not my concern because I came out here to have a nice time and that was the least of my worries. I took pictures of the place but lost it so I can’t really share any here but I hope to be well equipped the next time I visit this hotel. They have a water sports spot or booth where you can go take scuba diving lessons from a nice guy I think goes by the name Lorenzo. I took part in most of their activities and it was never a dull moment for me.
