Do not be fooled by all the sugar coating with regard to this resort. It is the most impractical place to stay in Punta Cana. Nothing is in close proximity to the condominiums. Nothing advertised in this resort is open. No dining facilities. No Spa ! No swim up bars. Complete let down. It is a $40.00 US cab ride to by any groceries where the food is disgusting. No hot water in the condos. No working bar fridges. No ovens. No grill. Cookware is all broken. You can’t drink the water there and it is impossible to find ice. Pools are not maintained outside the units. They are full of garbage and debris with no water in them. Tried to rent a golf cart to just get around the resort and there were none available. Oh, and if you want to play tennis at night when the heat becomes more bearable, you must pay $10.00 US to have them turn the lights on. Avoid this place like the plague ! I could go on but I’m sure this is enough to convince anyone to choose another accommodation.
